Terms of Use and Liability
By accessing and/or using the Site, or by sending an email to ABPH using an email address indicated on the Site, each individual (hereinafter the "User") acknowledges having previously read these legal notices—i.e., legal information, the present terms of use, rules applicable to personal data protection, and intellectual property regulations—and fully accepts their terms without reservation, modification, or restriction.
The User acknowledges possessing the necessary skills and means to access and use the Site.
The Site is intended solely for the private use of each User.
The Site and the data, information, and documents it provides serve only general informational purposes, and are not exhaustive, about ABPH and the legal profession. They cannot under any circumstances be considered as constituting legal advice, solicitation, or an offer of services.
Despite its best efforts, ABPH cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information disseminated on the Site, nor its uninterrupted functionality or complete IT security. ABPH cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of the Site and/or the information it contains by the User.
Each User is solely responsible for their use of the Site and the information published on it.
In compliance with the ethical obligations applicable to lawyers, ABPH strives to ensure the Site does not contain any hyperlinks that might lead directly or indirectly to websites whose content would violate the fundamental principles of the legal profession.
Users are not authorized to create hyperlinks pointing to the Site or documents contained therein without ABPH's express prior consent.
ABPH reserves the right to modify these legal notices at any time and without prior notice. Users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
The Site has been submitted to the Paris Bar Association.
Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), ABPH, as the data controller, informs Users that it processes personal data concerning them.
ABPH undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal information provided by Users. The purpose of this notice is to inform Users of the type of information that may be collected when visiting the Site.
Collection of Personal Data
The only personal data likely to be collected through the Site and processed by ABPH (hereinafter "Data") are personal information voluntarily communicated by Users via email to the addresses indicated on the Site, as well as IP addresses associated with Users' internet connections.
Recipients of Personal Data
Data are intended exclusively for ABPH's authorized personnel, primarily for administrative management purposes, and are neither transferred nor leased, either free of charge or against payment, to third parties.
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Use of Personal Data
Data may be collected and processed for the following purposes:

The aforementioned Data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes. Apart from cases where Data are collected for providing a service or information requested by the User—in which case they are retained only as long as needed for the provision of said service or information—Data are retained for a period of one (1) year.
User Rights
Each User has the right to access, rectify, erase, object for legitimate reasons, limit processing, and portability concerning their Data under the conditions provided by law.
Users may exercise these rights (an exhaustive list of which is detailed in Articles 39 et seq. of the aforementioned law) by writing to contact@abph.legal or the following address: ABPH, 7 rue Gustave Flaubert – 75017 Paris, France.
If a User considers their rights have not been respected, they may file a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Intellectual Property
The Site in its entirety, as well as each component thereof, including texts, articles, newsletters, press releases, images, photographs, logos, animations, brochures, presentations, etc., are the exclusive property of ABPH or third parties that have granted it a license.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, or adaptation, whether total or partial, of the Site or its components without ABPH's express prior consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
As an exception to the above, ABPH authorizes Users to download newsletters or other documents specifically provided for downloading. In this case, the User may retain a copy of such file solely for strictly personal use.
Mediation
